Virtual Pre-Design Consultation

This where Denali Home Design gets an understanding of what are you wants and needs for the project you are wanting to take on. We will discuss potential design, layouts and provide you with our best professional opinion on the direction in which to proceed.

Site Meeting and measure

After the Pre-design consultation we will schedule an onsite meeting where we will get a chance to better our understanding of what your goals and aspirations are for the project. At this stage you will be presented with a Design Agreement and estimated design fee.

Design Draft Meeting

After a design agreement has been finalized Denali Home Design will continue to process of creating the first draft of design plans. During this meeting you will get to see what has been developed and clients have the ability to some make changes as desired. Once we have the Design Draft approval we will move onto the Final Design.

Final Design Approval 

Upon completion of the final design you will be contacted for your approval and we will begin preparing the Building Permit Application Package.

Permit Application Package

We will prepare all documents required to submit to the Municipal Building Departments to apply for the Building Permit. You will be provided with stamped and sealed drawings and required supporting documents.

Building Permit Management
